Preparation : Trim any fat from pork. Season with salt and pepper. Dust with flour and brown well in very hot oil. Add gravy, onions, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce. Stir to blend, cover and cook on very low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add green pepper and pineapple, continue simmering 15-25 minutes, or until meat is very tender.
