Preparation : In a large pan, cook cauliflower for 10 minutes in a small amount of salted water. Drain. Place drained cauliflower in a 1 1/2 quart buttered shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients, except butter. Pour over cauliflower. Drizzle butter over top. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes.
