Recipe : Swiss baked cauliflower


Ingredients for Swiss baked cauliflower
1 Head cauliflower, washed and broken
2 3/4c.Swiss cheese, chredded.
3 Egg yolks, beaten
1/2tsp.Salt
1/4c.Melted butter
1/2c.Breadcrumbs
1 1/2c.Half and half
1/4tsp.Ground nutmeg
1/4tsp.Pepper

Preparation :

In a large pan, cook cauliflower for 10 minutes in a small amount of salted water. Drain. Place drained cauliflower in a 1 1/2 quart buttered shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients, except butter. Pour over cauliflower. Drizzle butter over top. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes.
