Preparation : Peel and mash avocado, mix with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise & taco mix. Ingredients will be divided over three pie pans. Repeat the following process for each pie pan. Spread refried beans first, top with avocado mix, then sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with onions, olives and tomatoes. Top with cheese, serve with tortilla chips .
