Recipe : Taco appetizer dip


Ingredients for Taco appetizer dip
4 Medium avocados
1/2tsp.Salt
1 Bunch chopped green onions with tops
8oz.Sharp shredded Cheddar
1c.Sour cream
1pkg.Taco seasoning
2Tbsp.Lemon juice
1/4tsp.Pepper
3 Medium tomatoes, finely chopped
1 Can chopped black olives
1/2c.Mayonnaise
2 Cans refried beans
1pkg.Tortilla chips

Preparation :

Peel and mash avocado, mix with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise & taco mix. Ingredients will be divided over three pie pans. Repeat the following process for each pie pan. Spread refried beans first, top with avocado mix, then sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with onions, olives and tomatoes. Top with cheese, serve with tortilla chips .
