|Recipe : Tender beef brisket|
Sprinkle tenderizer, onion salt and a dash of pepper on beef brisket, pierce with fork. Place in a 13 inch by 9 inch pan. Cover with foil, pressing to edge of pan to keep in moisture. Do not add water. Bake at 275F for 4-6 hours.
