Recipe : Teriyaki beef kabobs


Ingredients for Teriyaki beef kabobs
2lb.Top beef round steak, cut 1 inch thick
1/4c.Packed light brown sugar
1/4c.Soy sauce
2Tbsp.Lemon juice
1Tbsp.Oil
1/4tsp.Ground ginger
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 Small pineapple, cut into 1 inch cubes

Preparation :

Combine brown sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, oil, ginger and garlic, stirr in beef chunks. Cover and refrigerate at least three hours, stirring meat often. Alternate beef and pineapple chunks on skewers. Cook on grill until meat is done, baste often with marinade.
