Preparation : Combine brown sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, oil, ginger and garlic, stirr in beef chunks. Cover and refrigerate at least three hours, stirring meat often. Alternate beef and pineapple chunks on skewers. Cook on grill until meat is done, baste often with marinade.
