Recipe : Turkey kabobs


Ingredients for Turkey kabobs
1/2c.Soy sauce
1tsp.Ground ginger
1Tbsp.Salad oil
6lb.Turkey boneless breast
1 Bunch green onions, cut into 3 inch pieces
1/4c.Dry Sherry
1/2tsp.Crushed red pepper

Preparation :

In bowl, mix well soy sauce, ginger, dry Sherry, salad oil and crushed red pepper. Cut meat into 2 inch cubes. Add to bowl and toss lightly to coat. Cover, regrigerate 30 minutes. Then, thread turkey cubes, alternating with onion pieces. Reserve marinade. Cook about 30 minutes on medium coals, or until turkey is fork-tender. Brush frequently with marinade and turn often.
