Preparation : Mix breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. Set aside. Combine eggs with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in skillet. Dip cutlets into egg mixture, then into crumb mixture, add to skillet and slowly brown on both sides. Arrange cutletes in baking dish. Pour tomato meat sauce over cutlets.
