Ingredients for Vegetables Cantonese
3Tbsp.Oil
1c.Thinly sliced carrots
1 Large onion, sliced and seperate into rings.
1/2tsp.Salt
1c.Cauliflower flowerets
1c.Thinly sliced Zucchini
1c.Stir fry sauce

Preparation :

Heat wok, add oil and heat untill very hot. Add cauliflower and stir fry one minute. Add carrots and stir fry two minutes. Add zucchini and stir fry two minutes. Add onion and stir fry one more minute. Add salt and stiir fry sauce. Cooked, stirring gently until thinkened.
